It is hot down here in SouthLite. The kind of hot where you just don't want to go outside. I don't like that kind of hot.

multi-grain bread with cheese.
I would tell you that it was yummy but I might offend Drax with that word.
I'll just have to say it was delicious, because it was.

It's been crazy hot in my neck of the woods too. I love easy simple meals too. Somehow, I think I eat better in the summer that during the rest of the year.

The cherries are equally as gorgeous as the peaches from your farmers' market post. Salmon, bread, etc. It all looks wonderful. Yes, simple is better in summer. My gosh, I just looked at the salad again. Gotta go get lunch now!
