Total Read: 34 - Actually far more than I anticipated since the list is rather male dominated (really--no Virginia Woolf????) and I spent at least a third of my life only reading female authors. It is also interesting that I seem to have no plans to read any of the ones I missed.

Another interesting post, because your comment has me thinking. I have never thought about the number of male books vs. female books I have read. Shame on me!

Now you've got me intrigued, though. There are many female authors I love, but I wonder if I've read more male or female authors.
